HOW TO BUILD THE KEYENROLL TOOL (for windows)
|
|
============================================================================
|
|
1. Please make sure openssl is installed and OPENSSL_HOME is defined to your own openssl dir
|
|
If you haven't installed openssl, please reference to "HOW TO BUILD THE OPENSSL LIB".
|
|
2. Suppose your EDK2 folder is <Work>.
|
|
3. Copy the KeyEnroll folder to <Work>\BaseTools\Source\C.
|
|
4. Open a command prompt(VS2015/VS2013/VS2008), change the current directory to <Work>\edk2.
|
|
5. Run "edksetup --nt32".
|
|
6. Change the current directory to <Work>\edk2\BaseTools\Source\C\Common, and run "nmake".
|
|
7. Change the current directory to <Work>\edk2\BaseTools\Source\C\KeyEnroll, and run "nmake".
|
|
8. Then, KeyEnroll.exe will be generated in <Work>\BaseTools\Bin\Win32.
|

HOW TO BUILD THE OPENSSL LIB (for windows)
|
|
============================================================================
|
|
1. Download OpenSSL source code. (for example openssl-1.0.1u)
|
|
2. Unzip the source code to <OpenSSLDir>.
|
|
3. Open a command prompt(VS2015/VS2013/VS2008), change the current directory to <OpenSSLDir>.
|
|
4. Run "perl Configure VC-WIN32 --prefix=<INSTALL_DIR>", <INSTALL_DIR> will be set as OPENSSL_HOME.
|
|
5. Run "vcvars32.bat".
|
|
5. Run "ms\do_ms.bat".
|
|
6. Run "nmake -f ms\nt.mak install", The "bin","include","lib" and "ssl" folder will copy to <INSTALL_DIR> folder.
|
|
|
|
The above steps just verified in openssl-1.0.1u, if your OpenSSL version is differnt from 1.0.1u,
|
|
Please reference to the INSTALL file in the specified version.
