Add yt-dlp completion 
yt-dlp is a popular YouTube/video downloader with 100k+ stars
that does not ship its own zsh completion. This adds completion
for all yt-dlp options including:

- General, network, geo-restriction options
- Video selection and download options
- Filesystem, thumbnail, internet shortcut options
- Verbosity, workaround options
- Video format and subtitle options
- Authentication and post-processing options
- SponsorBlock and extractor options

Fixes #0000 (no existing issue)
